Returns & Exchanges — The Gogofandy Way

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving all items in your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is incomplete, damaged, or not in original condition, the refund will not be issued, and the buyer will bear any related costs.

If you’d like to exchange an item for another size or design:

My payment was declined when using with credit\debit card, what should I do?

If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.
